How does it work?

• A mail forwarding service to an address of your choice (in France or abroad). Only your mail forwarding expenses are charged at the La Poste rates without any mark up. Management fees for the forwarding of parcels €6 incl. taxes per parcel is applied.
• You must have a forwarding address (friend, family, temporary, company, etc.) you can’t collect your mail.
• WARNING: This address can’t be used as a proof of residency. A residence is the place you live in, it is important to note the difference between a residential address and a postal address.
• You can choose the frequency of the mail forwarding and change it anytime online.
• Cancel the contract at any time with three months of termination notice.
• A deposit of €79.96 is charged for the subscription. It is fully refundable at the end of your contract.
